1. create a hotmail ID..
2. Click on this link... http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windows-7/download.aspx
3. just select your version.....
4. If your system is based on x86 platform....select 32bit version
5. if your system is based on x64 platform.....select 64bit version
6. in the next screen...just login with your hotmail ID...
7. next you can see a windows 7 genuine key from microsoft...
8. there are two tabs at the bottom....just select Download Now....
9. As soon as the download starts....windows will insatll the download manager...
10. download manager....will help in resuming the stopped download...and also speeds up the download transfer rate...with 4 simultaneous connections...
11. After, compleating the download....,just burn ISO to a DVD in the lowest speed...
12. Just install the OS by booting from DVD.
